Priority E-mail Deal Alert System Added

Thursday, March 27th, 2008

While we have had an e-mail system for our first 50 cities for about a month, I just added the Priority E-mail Deal Alert notice to each blog post on the Analyzed Deals website as well as the Priority E-mail Deal Alert page for signing up for the cities that interest you.

Now, you can sign up to receive a priority e-mail notice of new deals that we are posting for that particular city.

Until my next post,

James

Going to a Multiblog Platform

Wednesday, March 26th, 2008

Well, I finally hit my threshold and tolerance for managing multiple blogs. Right now, I am managing about 60 different blogs and I am wanting to add another 300 (and likely more in the next expansion).

Each blog is running its own separate instance of Word Press and I really like Word Press, but after looking at Word Press MU I am not convinced it will do what I want it to do. So, unfortunately, I will be moving the blogs to a multiblog platform.

I am in the process of installing a test platform and will be slowly moving over some of the various city real estate resources blogs to that as a test.

I don’t imagine that I will be moving this blog or the AnalyzedDeals.com blogs to the new platform, but I will be moving the real estate resources blogs over (as that is what I plan to expand out to at least 300) and I will also be creating some other blogs for other types of real estate too.

More on that in a later post,

James

Real Estate Investor Cookbook and Wholesaler Network

Tuesday, March 25th, 2008

I just set up the new hosting account for the Real Estate Investor Cookbook which will be a wiki for real estate investors with an emphasis on systems that we are running in our Wholesaler Network as I expand that out to some new cities.

While there is nothing on the REI Cookbook site right now, there will be systems and information on how our wholesalers will be running their wholesaling and real estate investing businesses.

I have some other networks that I will be rolling out that are related to the AnalyzedDeals.com website to provide other real estate services to investors as well as traditional owner occupant home buyers and sellers

It may take some time as I roll out multiple projects at once, but I think it will pick up speed as we begin to bring on new team members to assist with various parts of these projects.

Until my next post,

James
