Learn To Be Rich

OK… busy day, but I did manage to get one article up on How Real Estate Investor Wholesalers Make Money up and also released the first step in the Wholesaler Control Panel up for Wholesalers that login to their Analyzed Deals account.

On that page, I listed out some of the articles that I know I will need to write in the next couple of weeks as we continue to roll out the wholesaler program. Since I am used to writing articles–sometimes several a day–it should be achievable, but will need to stay focused on it.

I am planning to integrate the points system that I discussed on the Give and Get For Real Estate Wholesalers page into the Wholesaler Control Panel page in such a way that as you earn your points, the links to the resources you then qualify for become active.

Where you have not earned enough points to access a particular resource, the resource will show up but will not have a link that leads to the resource.

It is my intention now to make most, if not all, of the articles active from the beginning. Other resources like audio courses, forms and things of that nature will be unlocked with the points you earn.

As I continue to flesh out the skeletal outline of the model, it seems more and more likely that the points will largely be based on building a buyers list and building your dream team. The reward for actually getting a house under contract and wholesaling it is largely motivated by the actual wholesale fee and little good ethically bribing you with an hour long training course would do when compared to a $5,000 check (more or less) for actually wholesaling a deal.

I am off for a run and then to do some yard work this evening to relax before working some more on the articles and control panel.

I am currently working on the Wholesaler Training page that will be accessible for Wholesalers that login to their Analyzed Deals account.

From there, wholesalers will be able to see links to the various training resources we have as well as the point they’ve earned toward more training resources.

It may take a few days to get the first version released and it will take months to get the final version up and functional, but keep watching as I roll out new features soon.
