The following is an overview of the various websites we have in our family of websites with a brief description of what you will find there.
We run a network of 280 Real Estate Resources websites. Each website is very similar, except they are for a different city or real estate market. Each 0ne contains actual analyzed deals, real estate investor articles and lessons, plus links to local resources for finding key dream team members for real estate investors. One each Real Estate Resource site has information about the following:
The AnalyzedDeals.com website could be considered the central hub with the Real Estate Resources sites as spokes of the wheel. While we do not publish any real estate articles to the AnalyzedDeals.com website, we do publish all the deals that we analyze and then syndicate out to the Real Estate Resources websites on AnalyzedDeals.com.
Furthermore, real estate agents, brokers and wholesalers can have accounts on the AnalyzedDeals.com website to submit their own deals, sponsor specific Real Estate Resources websites. See the registration and login page for real estate agents, brokers, investors, wholesalers.
Our telemarketing teams can manage their referrals and commissions from the same Analyzed Deals Control Panel that the agents, brokers, investors and wholesalers use.
Researchers that are working for us to research property also login via the same Analyzed Deals Control Panel.
Real estate wholesalers can access the Wholesaler Control Panel from inside the Analyzed Deals Control Panel. The Wholesaler Control Panel is a page that is linked from the Analyzed Deals Control Panel when you have your account type set as “wholesaler”.
The Offer Generator is a tool that is integrated in the deal analysis that we publish to both AnalyzedDeals.com and the Real Estate Resources websites. This tool allows investors to change the assumptions in any of our deal analysis posts to see how those changes would affect the analysis. This site is best accessed by clicking on a link to it from a specific property and NOT by trying to access it directly.
It is my intention to add to this tool so that it will also assist in structuring offers to make on these properties in future releases.
LearnToBeRich.com has two major areas: the Learn To Be Rich™ game and the Learn To Be Rich™ CD Owners and Real Estate Course resource section.
The Learn To Be Rich™ game is a free, on-line interactive investing game and simulator designed to teach people the basics of investing (with a strong emphasis on real estate investing), money management and economics. The game allows you to model an entire investing career in an afternoon without any risk.
Playing a full game in a week also unlocks the free real estate investing course download of the week (subject to availability). Each week the free real estate investing course changes.You can find out what the free real estate investing course download of the week is on the Learn To Be Rich™ game homepage.
Most of our real estate courses include a members only, password protected resources section. In almost every one the login and password for accessing this information is recorded right into the audio on the CD by the presenter. The Learn To Be Rich™ CD Owners and Real Estate Course resource section lists all the courses that have these resource sections. You can also purchase these real estate courses from this page.
These real estate courses can also be sold by the LearnToBeRich.com, Inc Affiliate Program affiliates for commissions.
The LearnToBeRich.info website is the blog for many things relating to the websites listed on this page. I often use it to pass information about upgrades made to various parts of these websites, to rant about a particulaly good or bad thing that is going on related to these sites, post information about jobs and work related to these websites and much more.
It is the base for information about the LearnToBeRich.info affiliate program as well.
The Real Estate Investor Cookbook is a free resource for real estate investors. It has my personal written systems and additional information on how I (and others) invest in real estate.
I purchased the rights to the Top Secret Courses brand of real estate courses and the TopSecretCourses.com website is a list of the real estate courses and their members only password protected websites that comes with each course.
These courses are also able to be sold as part of the LearnToBeRich.com, Inc Affilaite Program by our affiliates for commissions as well.
Is used to post information in a generic way. For example, if we want to sent someone information about sponsoring a website, we can send them to the page on RealEstateGuild.com for sponsorship info.
It is used primarily to post information for our real estate wholesalers, but is not used nearly as much as it could.
Our main depository for our real estate investor articles written by our staff is located at Articles.LearnToBeRich.biz. These articles are syndicated out to our network of Real Estate Resources websites.
I use the RuthlessAccountability.com website to share some of the results of my marketing tests and my belief that all marketing should be held ruthlessly accountable for results.
