Will your Mortgage Broker program change?

Yes, I am certain that we will be making changes over time because this is a brand new position that we are attending to our existing system.

Our existing system will almost definitely change too as we evolve over time.

What are you looking for in a Mortgage Broker exactly?

This post is part of the Frequently Asked Questions about our Mortgage Broker Program.

First, you must provide outstanding customer service to our clients and real estate agents and brokers that you are working with in our system.

That includes at a minimum honesty and integrity, prompt follow up and pleasant service. You must also be able to provide excellent loan products from a selection of lenders across your service area.

You must be able to work with a large number of people and keep accurate notes in our referral management system about the contacts you make.

How many new referral clients will I be talking with each day?

This post is part of the Frequently Asked Questions about our Mortgage Broker Program.

The number of new referral clients each day can vary quite a bit too. Right now, we are focusing on 50 US cities advertising for real estate investors only. In the last month prior to writing this, we averaged about 10 new referral requests per day.

We are expanding to over 300 US cities (and eventually all US cities).

We are also expanding to include other niches beyond investors including first time home buyers, move up home buyers, move down home buyers, relocation buyers and more.
