As 2008 comes to a close and we look toward 2009, we are making changes in our business. One of the major changes of the first quarter of 2008 in our business is the movement from Telemarketing Sales Managers towards Licensed Real Estate Agents and Brokers to assist us with referrals and earn commissions on sponsorship sales.

As I posted on December 7th, 2008 in my post Management Job Update to Telemarketing Sales Managers I am no longer hiring anyone new for the position and the Telemarketing Sales Managers that are working the system, you have until January 1st, 2009 to meet the minimum performance standards I outlined in the Management Job Update.

All Telemarketing Sales Managers that have not met the minimum performance standards as described in the Management Job Update, should consider this termination of the independent contractor agreement for failure to perform.

Besides my own real estate investing, my core business is working with real estate investors. Because I work with literally tens of thousands of real estate investors, I end up referring a lot of business to key Dream Team members that I know are important for my investors to work with, learn from and grow with.

Every investor needs in addition to a great real estate agent or broker:

• Lenders
• Accountants
• Contractors and Handyman Services
• Property Managers
• Lawyers

So, when I stay in touch with my investors, one of the things I do is educate them and show them the importance of having these key Dream Team members and I like to be able to say and here are the folks that work with investors in your area that you may want to interview and consider working with.

I do that by allowing these key Dream Team members to list themselves on the Real Estate Resources family of websites and then referring my investors both when they ask directly and through my constant follow up with them to the pages on the site for these key Dream Team members.
