It looks like our researcher, Michael, found another great Chicago Real Estate Deal. On that site, you see the full analysis including net operating income, cash flow and return on investment calculations already done for you.

This deal has some very nice cash flow with as little as 10% down. In fact, I did not run the numbers for nothing down, but I bet that it would even cash flow with nothing down.
