<description>I really like the idea of adding further options once certain levels have been reached. One such option I'd love to see would be the ability to employ a 'Property Business Manager'. Once you have say 12 or 15 properties that are all positive cashflow you could emply somebody to take over the mundane tasks like approving new tenants and arranging for maitenance to be carried out etc. I recently played a game where I finished with 150 properties and it really does take an awfully long time for each turn to progress.

I notice that once you start to purchase stocks in multiples of 'millions' the system slows down remarkably to the point where Internet Explorer will sometimes crash or stop working.

I'd love to see commodities, options, futures, shorts etc etc added to stocks.

Regarding businesses, how about the ability to start a 'work from home', 'network marketing', 'data input', 'shop front franchise' (as an alternative to working for a boss) instead of just an internet page selling different items? I also agree that if you own a business you should be able to sell it.

Kind Regards

<description>That is a great way to find buyers. Another way I look for buyers, besides running ads and the occasional bandit signs (which are great used the right way), is to call everyone in your local paper that advertises they buy houses. These are active investors.

Also, join all the online real estate clubs because investors buy all over the country, not just in your market. If you can show them a great deal, they'll buy it no matter where it is.

As a Realtor, I frequently get calls and emails from investors, and assist them with market data, title reports, etc. to assist them in getting good deals.
