Health and Fitness Goals
I will be scheduling daily tasks to achieve my health and fitness goals below, so I wanted to share what those are here as well.
First, about a 20 months ago I ran a marathon and was running almost 4 miles per day just about every day for my training for that.
I will be resuming my running schedule of running every day and will be running 4 miles per day like I did earlier today. I will try to use that time to also listen to an audio book or something that will improve me and or my business. Today I listened to the first audio CD of Personal Power Classic by Tony Robbins.
As an aside, my two tasks that I decided to do are:
- Keep my promise to myself to following Daily Plan today
- Pack up defective computer to be returned tonight.
Second, I am committing to tracking my Caloric intake daily in the Calorie Log. I am planning on staying below 2,500 Calories per day.
Third, I will be doing Calisthenics and light weight lifting as well.
So, that about sums up the health and fitness goals for now. I will be further clarifying them in the upcoming weeks.
