Hourly E-mail Relationship Coordinator

I am temporarily hiring a few people for this position via odesk.com. You must be registered with a free account on that to be hired as I will be using them to track payment and your work. It is free to register, so go ahead and do it now.

Then, read through the entire info below and once you’re done, e-mail me at jamesorr@gmail.com with some examples of e-mails you send to agents AND what your hourly rate would be. If your e-mails and rate are acceptable, I will reply to you and send you the info on how to get a paid trial doing this job via odesk. You must have excellent English and typing skills for this job.

Please read over the information provided below and ask me any questions before beginning work.

The hourly e-mail relationship coordinator is an hourly job (no commissions) where we pay you to contact real estate agents and brokers in the market that we assign to you that day and ask them if they are interested in working with our investor clients. You need to write PERSONALIZED, UNIQUE e-mails to each person. DO NOT SEND THE SAME MESSAGE OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Doing so will result in immediate termination. I could buy and use a software package to do that if that is what I was trying to do.

If they reply that they are interested in working with our investors, you would then add them to our system from your account and that will give them a login and password and automatically e-mail them additional info about how to work with our investors.

If they do not reply or they reply that they are not interested,  depending on their tone, you can cordially reply or choose to just archive the message.

I will give you access to one of my “Admin Assistant” e-mail accounts for you to do your work from. You should e-mail from this e-mail account and reply to e-mails received from this account as well.

I will set up a standard auto-reply on this e-mail account so that when people do reply they will receive an automatic reply from us with my full contact info as well and an estimated time for them to expect a reply from you. They will also be told that if they need to contact me before then, they are welcome to do so.

The spirit of this job is that you are trying to establish relationships with more real estate agents and brokers that want to work with our existing real estate investors clients.

How to do the job:

  • Log in to odesk.com so you can log your hours. I DO NOT pay for work done that is not properly logged in odesk.com.
  • Log in to the e-mail account I have assigned to you for your work.
  • Answer all e-mails that have been sent to you first:
    • For agents and brokers that say they want more info, add them to your account on AnalyzedDeals.com
    • Once you add them with their full contact info to your account on Analyzed Deals they will receive a login and password and info on how to work with my investors. You should still reply to their e-mail to let them know you just sent them their login and password and info about working with my investors and that if they have any questions, they can contact me, James Orr, directly at any time.
    • Archive messages as you process them. Your inbox should be empty once you have finished.
    • Here is a video that I usually have telemarketers watch on how to fill out the form and add agents to your AnalyzedDeals.com account. This is a critical part of how we evaluate your work so be sure to do it correctly.
  • Once you have replied to any e-mails in your inbox, you should start contacting via e-mail new agents and brokers. The following is the preferred order for getting agents and brokers to call:
  • It is CRITICALLY important that you write a unique, short, personalized e-mail to each agent. Here are several examples. Of course, the standard signature in the e-mail would be attached to these:
