This is the script for our hourly telemarketers. This is NOT to be confused with commission based telemarketers.

Great! I am trying to find a real estate agent or broker that can work ith James’s real estate investor clients in [City]. Do you work with real estate investors?

Perfect. Well, James teaches real estate investing, sells real estate courses nationally and run quite a few real estate investor related websites and his investors are looking for great investor deals. Are you able to look up deals that would be good for investors in your MLS or any other sources you have?

Excellent. Well, what we need is someone that can find those deals for James’s investors and submit them to us so that we can run our analysis that he teaches them on. Then James will blast the deal analysis out to our investor list and you would work with them to buy the houses. We would do a new deal to the investors once a week. Is that something you could do once a week?

Does it cost anything?
It is free for you to get an account and register. When you close on deal with one of James’s investors, you do need to pay a 25% referral fee to James. You can call James for more information and I will e-mail over his full contact info to you.
How many investors does he have?
He works with tens of thousands of real estate investors nationally. I don’t have the number in your city, but you can call him if you have any questions.
