How do you, the person referring the client, get paid?

When we refer a client to work with you, we are paid by referral fees that you pay when transactions are closed. James is a licensed real estate broker associate licensed to practice real estate in Colorado with Keller Williams Realty of Northern Colorado and can legally receive referral fees.

Referral fee is typically 25% of the real estate agent’s gross commission.

We also have a sponsorship model that, instead of collecting referral fees on closed transactions, we are paid a small monthly fee for you to get all inquiries and referrals for the website you sponsor. With you as the exclusive sponsor for your market, you get to keep ALL of your commission.

Until my next post,

James
