How does your system work right now?

Right now, here is a basic overview of how our system works.
Potential clients come to our websites to request information about either a list of properties in the area they are interested or a specific property and complete a web based request to be referred to a local agent form.
That request is saved in a back end database that we use to manage the referral.
We then refer our client, who requested to be referred to work with the best real estate agent or broker we have that matches their needs in that area.
That real estate agent or broker works with our referred client to find a house (or several houses which could be the case with real estate investors) to purchase or to sell their existing house and buy another house.
That’s basically how our system works.
