Learn To Be Rich

Brian reported a significant bug in the game yesterday to me and I am planning on tracking it down tomorrow instead of making an enhancement to see what happened, but today I am planning on doing some infrastructure for the game.

Believe it or not, I do not have an administrative control panel yet for managing the accounts and players, so I will be building a quick version of that. Ultimately, that will allow me to clean up some of the accounts that are not active and log in to accounts where someone is having a problem that needs help.
