NOTE: Unless you are utilizing a different telemarketing model from what I recommend, you can post these ads in various cities (not just the one closest to you) to find telemarketers to assist you.
NOTE: You can also mix, match and create your own variations of these ads to run.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Be sure to include ways for your telemarketers to contact you (and might I suggest you use a telephone number… remember they need to be able to call people and whether they are willing to call you is a great first screening tool to see if they will call you).

Call me (my number is located in the steps for the Telemarketer Sales Manager) if I can help you get a few ads up, but you should NOT rely on me doing ALL the marketing to find telemarketers for your team.
How many ads should you post? If you assume that you will get approximately 1 call per ad you post on each and in each city and you know that it takes 10 telemarketer inquiries to find a telemarketer who will be interested in actually making calls, you can figure out approximately how m any ads you’d need to post to find 5 likely telemarketing candidates to join your telemarketing team. If those numbers are corrrect, you’d need to post up 50 different ads. I am not 100% certain of those numbers, but I suspect they are close.
